Support program for trainees and bachelor students
We offer you excellent career prospects with a vocational training or a bachelor program at HARTMANN. Our support program will assist you in developing your skills and abilities.
A training or bachelor program at HARTMANN will challenge and inspire you with interesting tasks in your department and also with exciting projects where you will team up with other trainees or bachelor students. You will be supported by the Training Assessment System (ABUS), which will give you regular feedback, as well as by a comprehensive education program. In addition, we endeavor to strengthen a sense of community. For this reason, our trainees and bachelor students organize excursions or Christmas events themselves and work on various projects allowing you to demonstrate and enhance your team skills.
Training Assessment System (ABUS)
The corporate strategy and goals of the HARTMANN GROUP pose high demands for trainees and trainers. Trainees should acquire special qualifications, and trainers should ensure that this takes place.
The ABUS Training Assessment System supports this process. Regular feedback provides trainees with information on how they are developing personally, on the potentials they have and on how they should be supported. Accordingly, the core ideas of the assessment program include individual feedback on the assessment of professional qualifications and so-called key qualifications as well as the support and development of trainees.
The ABUS Training Assessment System is an important part of the training at HARTMANN. More information on ABUS is available in the download section.
