Our Demands

You have completed your studies, ideally in economics, natural science, engineering or computer science and have gained several years of professional experience after obtaining a degree. Or, you have completed your training and acquired additional qualifications while working. You are very professional in your work and you want to explore new ideas and paths. Depending on your area of work, knowledge of foreign languages is indispensable. Customer orientation is as important to you as it is to us. You have skills such as systems thinking, the ability to work independently, a sense of responsibility and the competence to move things forward. You have good social and communication skills.
