Treatment of problematic wounds with TenderWet – many years of experience in clinical practice

Numerous case reports show that TenderWet effectively cleanses problematic wounds of coatings, necroses, and germ-laden exudate. The wound is actively cleaned by the absorbing and rinsing effect and the formation of granulation tissue is promoted.

dressing on a leg wound.
In recent years many patients suffering from poorly-healing wounds were successfully treated with the TenderWet wound dressing pad. Not only patients with chronic wounds such as arterial and venous ulcers, decubital ulcers and diabetic foot syndrome profited from the wound dressing pad. The application of TenderWet has proved itself in wound complications (infection, haematomas) after a surgical procedure, in burn wounds as well as problematic wounds where the wound base had to be conditioned for a skin graft. From the large number of wounds treated with TenderWet throughout the world, the successful treatment outcomes in more than 110 patients were documented in medical journals in the form of clinical studies and case reports, the most interesting of which are presented in the following.
