Hilmas4.ini – Error message after installation of HILMAS 4.0
If the following error message appears when you start HILMAS 4.0 for the first time “INI file could not be installed. Please delete file h4.ini and start installation of HILMAS 4.0 again”, initialising was not possible because the system lacks specific rights. To solve this problem you should cancel the overwriting protection of the work directory or the HILMAS4 work folder and its subdirectories. To achieve this, you need to have administrator rights; for support in this matter please address to the responsible administrator in your facility. In order to deactivate the overwriting protetion select the “HILMAS4” folder in the File Manager window, do a right-mouse click and select the item “Properties” from the list of available choices. By clicking the tab “Safety” from the top bar a window opens where you can assign the system rights accordingly.
