Kneipp now wholly owned by HARTMANN

Effective April 1, 2008, HARTMANN increased its amount of Kneipp shares by 20 percent. This makes Kneipp a wholly owned subsidiary of HARTMANN. In 2001 HARTMANN had acquired 80 percent of Kneipp shares.
