Effective March 31, 2008, Norbert Unterharnscheidt, member of PAUL HARTMANN AG’s Board of Management and Labor Director, will leave the company by mutual agreement. He will remain in amicable contact with the company as a consultant and will subsequently pursue new professional challenges.
In addition to his function as CEO of PAUL HARTMANN AG, Dr Rinaldo Riguzzi will temporarily assume responsibility for Finance until a new CFO has been appointed.
"Mr. Unterharnscheidt has taken over the responsibility at Board level for financial matters as of July 1, 2005. His activities coincided with the implementation of our new strategy which turned HARTMANN into a successful and growing company again. The operative results of the past year, 2007, will make this evident again. The new shareholders’ structure, too, will contribute to both the independence of HARTMANN and a dynamic development of our company in future.
