A new range of masks and caps
The range of surgical masks and caps from HARTMANN has been restructured and extended and now comes under the brand name of Foliodress. Under this brand name HARTMANN also sells surgical gowns, visitors’ gowns and scrub suits. The HARTMANN surgical face masks, formerly branded as Medimask, are now available under the range name of ‘Foliodress mask’, and the previous Medinette range of surgical caps comes under the name of ‘Foliodress cap’.
Surgical face masks ‘Foliodress mask’
HARTMANN surgical masks meet the European Standard EN 14683 entitled ‘Surgical Masks’. They are offered in two variants: Foliodress mask Comfort green and Foliodress mask Protect blue. The Comfort variants feature longer nose bridges and are softer than the Protect variants due to an additional inner non-woven laminate.
Foliodress mask Comfort masks are available in the variants Loop, Perfect, Senso, Special, Anti-fogging, Anti-splash und Anti-splash + visor.
The range of Foliodress mask Protect masks features the models Perfect, Senso and Special.
Surgical caps ‘Foliodress cap’
The Foliodress cap range safely protects patients against infections which may be caused by skin particles or hair. The caps are made of a special viscose material without perforation, which is completely particle tight while being skin-friendly and air-permeable at the same time.
The Foliodress cap Comfort range includes the models Universal, Astro, Astro Plus, Apart, Rondo, Rondo Plus, Form, Form Plus und Bandana.
For those who prefer colorful designs, the models Universal, Astro, Form and Bandana are also available with fun cartoon prints.
Respirator masks and protective goggles ‘Foliodress mask Respirator’ and ‘Foliodress eye protect’
In addition to their range of surgical face masks and caps, HARTMANN now also offers respirator masks and protective goggles.
Foliodress mask Respirators – available in blue and white colours, are particle filtering half-masks according to European Standard EN 149. They protect the wearer against liquid droplets and solid particles up to the size of a micron. The respirator masks from HARTMANN meet high safety requirements, in isolation wards or in case of the risk of epidemics, for example. They can also be used for the protection of the user and the patient in the operating theatre area.
Foliodress eye protect offers extra protection for the eyes. The panoramic panes made of hard-coated polycarbonate keep potentially infectious liquids or loose particles away from the eyes. The reusable eyewear perfectly complements the current ranges of Foliodress mask Foliodress cap.
