HARTMANN and KCI: Distribution agreement in Eastern Europe
PAUL HARTMANN AG, Heidenheim/Germany based health care company specializing in wound management, has entered into a distribution agreement with KCI Europe Holding B.V., Amstelveen/The Netherlands, part of the corporate group of the US medical technology company Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (KCI), through an Eastern European subsidiary. Starting in September and October, respectively, HARTMANN will distribute KCI's V.A.C.® Therapy™* product range in Poland, Hungary and the Czech and Slovak Republics, with distribution in certain other Eastern European countries anticipated in the following years. In this way HARTMANN is extending its product and service range in the area of wound management, one of its three core business segments.
