20.05.2008: HARTMANN subsidiary in China sends emergency aid products into earthquake epicenter in Sichuan
Immediately upon learning of the magnitude of the Sichuan earthquake, HARTMANN's Chinese subsidiary has sent emergency medical aid products to the quake stricken area.  

14.05.2008: HARTMANN received award as best supplier of Helios Hospitals
This year, PAUL HARTMANN AG received the Helios Partner Award 2008 as best supplier among some 600 pharmaceutical, medical technology and medical products companies listed with the hospitals.  

08.05.2008: HARTMANN continues profitable growth
In the first quarter of 2008, the HARTMANN GROUP increased its operating consolidated net income by 13.0% to EUR 11.5 million and achieved sales growth of 6.3%.  

23.04.2008: Kneipp now wholly owned by HARTMANN
Effective April 1, 2008, HARTMANN increased its amount of Kneipp shares by 20 percent.   

16.04.2008: Cooperation with hospital chains in China and India
HARTMANN cooperates with Apollo Hospitals Group and West China Hospital in the field of wound management.  

17.03.2008: Strong increase in operating consolidated net income
The HARTMANN GROUP has improved its operating consolidated net income by 14.0% to EUR 38.8 million.The company recorded a sales growth across all business segments of 5.3% amounting to EUR 1.28 billion.  

20.02.2008: CFO resigns
Effective March 31, 2008, Norbert Unterharnscheidt, member of PAUL HARTMANN AG’s Board of Management and Labor Director, will leave the company by mutual agreement.  

07.02.2008: Schwenk becomes majority shareholder in HARTMANN
After a regrouping of shares within HARTMANN's shareholders in January 2008, the Schwenk Group, headquartered in Ulm, has become the majority shareholder of the HARTMANN GROUP.

The new subsidiary based in Novosibirsk is responsible for business in Siberia and the Far East of Russia.

Due to dynamically growing sales the operating consolidated net income increased by 10.8%.  

17.08.2007: New absorbent wound dressing for heavily exuding wounds
HARTMANN has extended its product range of modern wound treatment products by an exceptionally absorbent wound dressing pad. Zetuvit Plus contains superabsorber and is thus particularly suitable for heavily exuding wounds.   

16.08.2007: Operating theatre clothing for heads designed by brains
The HARTMANN range of masks and caps for the operating theater has been relaunched and extended. It now comes under the Foliodress brand name.  

10.08.2007: HARTMANN continues profitable growth
The HARTMANN GROUP continued its organic sales growth with an increase of 4.4% in the first six months of 2007. The operating consolidated net income improved by 5.0%, operating EBIT rose by 11.6%.  

24.07.2007: Growth Strategy Leadership Award
The HARTMANN GROUP has won the Growth Strategy Leadership Award for its growth strategy in the disposable surgical drapes and gowns market.  

30.04.2007: Good results in the first quarter
The positive development of the HARTMANN GROUP continued in the first quarter of 2007. The operating consolidated net income increased to EUR 10.2 million.

05.09.2006: HARTMANN and KCI: Distribution agreement in Eastern Europe
HARTMANN has entered into a distribution agreement for KCI's V.A.C.® Therapy™ product range in some Eastern European countries.

04.05.2006: Quarterly report: HARTMANN GROUP improved operating profit in the first quarter of 2006
While sales revenues as of March 31, 2006, were slightly down compared with the corresponding period of the prior year, the operating net income has improved.  

30.03.2006: HARTMANN distinctly improved the result of the Group
Despite a continuing tense financial situation in the health-care markets, the HARTMANN GROUP was able to increase its sales revenues in the medical core segments by 3.7 % in the fiscal year 2005.  

15.12.2005: Operative result further improved in the third quarter
By concentrating on the core medical range, the quality of the turnover of the HARTMANN GROUP has further improved.  

15.12.2005: HARTMANN Logistics Centre expansion project officially started.
